There is a Difference Between Order and Control

There is a difference between order and control.

Order is the opposite of chaos. An established customary state. The current situation. The static environment. The habitat for growth. The market.

Control is the desire and power to direct or determine. It’s more than influence. Control is active. Control is making what you want to happen to happen.

I say, don’t take control until you understand order. Respond to order. Don’t try to make everything you want to happen happen without understanding your environment/market. Understand what the current state is and where it’s going. Respond to that. Order first. Control second.
