Take a Break – Ride Your Bike

You’ve been browsing too long. Take a short break. Ride your bike for 30 minutes. It will relax you. It will bring ideas out of the nooks and crannies of your mind. It’ll benefit your health.

I’ve been bike riding along the Long Beach oceanfront bike path for a few weeks around 11 p.m. It’s invigorating. Thanks again Brian for letting me borrow your Beach Cruiser! :)

  1. B.Watson says:

It doesn’t matter whether it’s biking or fishing or whatever – everyone needs to get up and do something else for a while during the day. It breaks up the monotony, and it can help to restore some of the damage you’re unintentionally doing to your eyes with all the computer screens.

  2. Right on B.Watson. I think I’ve become a little biased toward Bicycling. Just getting out and experiencing things will get the creative and healthy juices flowing. Fishing sounds particularly enticing right now. :) Going to Veterans Pier. Great advice B.!
